I’m Jatin Durgapal, an experienced Information Technology professional and Technical Project Manager with a career spanning 28+ years. My expertise lies in delivering complex IT solutions, managing global teams, and driving transformative projects across Europe, India, and the UK. From automotive and retail to public services and media, I’ve led initiatives that blend strategic vision with meticulous execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.

Certified in PRINCE2, ISEB, and as an IBM Server and PC Specialist, I bring a structured yet adaptive approach to project management. My technical skillset spans IBM servers, network infrastructures, enterprise software, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. 

Notably, I’ve successfully led projects like a global security risk remediation initiative, optimizing resources and reducing lead times while fostering collaboration between teams in the UK and India. Another highlight includes spearheading a migration project for a major public sector organization, achieving significant cost savings alongside high user adoption rates.
