I’m Jatin Durgapal, a senior transformation and delivery leader with over 15 years of experience driving large-scale programmes, service transitions, and digital transformation across global enterprises. My career has been shaped by leading complex, high-value initiatives that bring together strategy, governance, technology, and operational execution to deliver measurable and sustainable outcomes.

I specialise in orchestrating enterprise change—strengthening governance structures, embedding KPI-driven performance models, and ensuring seamless transitions across multi-vendor, multi-region environments. My experience spans automotive, public sector, retail, construction, engineering, and technology domains, where I’ve delivered ERP and SaaS deployments, telematics integrations, risk remediation, cloud modernisation, and product-led workflow design.

Certified in PRINCE2, ISEB, and IBM technologies, I bring a disciplined yet adaptable leadership style rooted in structured decision-making, commercial awareness, and a strong understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems. I have guided cross-functional teams across the UK, Europe, India, China, and the Middle East, ensuring alignment between executive strategy, operational capability, and customer value.

Highlights of my work include directing global risk remediation programmes that strengthened compliance and reduced remediation cycles, designing enterprise transition frameworks that ensured continuity at scale, and leading large-population migration and integration initiatives that reduced cost and improved adoption and performance.
