My career journey has taken me through diverse sectors, including automotive, retail, public services, and media, where I've led initiatives from planning and deployment to stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. Certified in PRINCE2, ISEB, and as an IBM Server and PC Specialist, I bring a structured yet adaptive approach to project management, with expertise in Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. My goal is always to align cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and ensure every project delivers tangible value and efficiency.

In my professional work, I'm known for driving projects that blend strategic vision with meticulous execution. I thrive on the complexities of managing global teams and vendor relationships, and I am dedicated to meeting objectives on time and within budget. Recently, I directed a global security risk remediation project, optimizing resources, reducing lead times, and fostering collaboration between teams in the UK and India.
